Just got confirmation from multiple sources that Thunder ace David Phelps has been promoted from Trenton to Scranton. Losing him is a big a blow to the staff for sure. He leaves with a 6-0 record, 2.04 ERA and 84 strikeouts in 88 1/3 innings. Much more to come on this.
