Refresher course: This is a continuation of yesterday's rain-marred debacle. Here's what it looked like before the weather came into play.

Pretty bad, right? Well, considering the radar looked like Skittles vomit, we all thought it was going to be awful, which is why they banged it. In reality, it didn't rain all that much, and they probably could have gotten it in. C'est la vie.

The Thunder and SeaWolves will begin with two outs in the top of the fifth and the score knotted at 3-3. Here's how they scored:

ERIE
Top of the Second
Brandon Douglas singles. Wade Gaynor scores.
Bryan Pounds singles. Tony Plagman scores.
Jamie Johnson out on a sac fly to left. Brandon Douglas scores.

TRENTON
Bottom of the third
Addison Maruszak hits a ground-rule double.
Abraham Almonte doubles to center field. Addison Maruszak scores.
Bottom of the fourth
Zoilo Almonte doubles to right field. David Adams scores
Luke Murton singles to left field. Zoilo Almonte scores

CHAT!: I'll be doing a live chat tonight between games of the doubleheader. I'll start the queue for questions around the top of the eighth so readers can get in and post their questions early.

Injury updates: Melky Mesa ran the bases today in an effort to get him ready for game action. He should be back soon. Walter Ibarra took grounders at short but didn't throw. He's farther off. Josh Romanski threw yesterday. Everybody else is day to day.

Videos: Here are five clips of today's batting practice.
